llevernest

llevernest normally processes an order in 2-3 business days. Standard delivery is then estimated at 20-45 calendar days after dispatch. The two periods are separate. Weather, customs, holidays, carrier volume, or remote locations can occasionally extend transit.

Email sevornha365@outlook.com with the order number and checkout email address. We will provide the tracking information available from the carrier. A first scan can take several days to appear, particularly on an international route.

Eligible items may be returned free when the request is submitted within 30 days after delivery. Email sevornha365@outlook.com and wait for authorization before shipping. When a physical return is needed, we provide a prepaid label and do not charge a restocking fee. After an approved refund is issued, it normally reaches the original account within 3-7 business days.

Email sevornha365@outlook.com with the order number. Include clear photographs of the item and packaging when reporting damage, missing content, or the wrong product. If a parcel is confirmed or reasonably determined to have been lost before delivery, llevernest will send a replacement without additional charge. If replacement is unavailable or applicable law requires it, we will offer a refund instead.
