# Terms of Service

**Effective October 19, 2026**

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern https://llevernest.shop, its online shopping functions, and purchases from llevernest (together, the "Services"). ALI SERHAT LLC operates llevernest and is referred to as "we," "us," or "our." By accessing the Services or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.

## 1. Eligibility and Account Information

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction. A person below the relevant age of majority must use the Services with a parent or legal guardian's permission and supervision.

Provide accurate, current information for accounts, payment, and delivery. If an account is available, you are responsible for protecting its credentials and reporting suspected unauthorized access. You are not responsible for activity caused by our failure to use reasonable security.

## 2. Permitted Use

Use the Services only for lawful personal shopping and other activity we expressly allow. You must not:

- submit fraudulent information, impersonate another person, or use an unauthorized payment method;
- violate applicable law or another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- upload malware, disrupt operation, bypass protections, or probe security without permission;
- collect Store information through unauthorized scraping or automated methods;
- transmit unlawful, abusive, threatening, or deceptive material; or
- copy, resell, or commercially exploit Store content without written approval.

We may restrict activity reasonably believed to involve a serious breach, fraud, illegality, or security risk. Mandatory customer rights remain unaffected.

## 3. Product Information and Availability

We work to keep images, colors, dimensions, specifications, descriptions, prices, and inventory accurate. Screens can display colors differently, and ordinary manufacturing variations may occur. Remedies remain available when a product is faulty, materially misdescribed, or not fit for a purpose protected by law.

Stock may change before acceptance. Cart placement does not reserve a product. We may set reasonable quantity limits by person, account, household, address, payment method, or order to allocate stock and deter fraud or unauthorized resale.

## 4. Pricing, Tax, Shipping Charges, and Payment

The applicable currency, product price, and order total are shown before payment. Later price changes do not alter an accepted order. Obvious errors are addressed in Section 12.

For a delivery destination accepted by checkout, the displayed total is intended to include applicable taxes and import duties. llevernest will not require the customer to pay an additional tax, customs-duty, or import-fee charge when the shipment arrives. Standard shipping is free when the discounted subtotal is more than US$30. For a subtotal of US$30 or less, the checkout discloses the shipping charge. Optional premium delivery, if available, is separately priced.

By selecting a payment method, you confirm authorization to use it and permit us and the payment provider to process the transaction. The provider's own terms may also apply.

## 5. Order Formation

An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of a submitted order but does not necessarily mean acceptance. A sales contract forms when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise clearly accept the order.

Before acceptance, we may decline or cancel for a legitimate reason, including unavailable inventory, failed payment verification, suspected fraud, an unsupported destination, a legal restriction, or an obvious listing error. If a charge has already been captured, it will be refunded to the original payment method.

Review the products and address before checkout. Email sevornha365@outlook.com immediately to request a correction. We will try to help but cannot guarantee a change after processing begins.

## 6. Shipping and Delivery

The Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms. Orders usually require 2-3 business days for processing. Standard transit after dispatch is then estimated at 20-45 calendar days. Customs, carrier capacity, weather, public holidays, remote locations, and other matters outside reasonable control can affect arrival.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, risk in a consumer order transfers when delivery is made to the customer or a person designated by the customer. Ownership passes after both full payment and delivery.

## 7. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

The Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Eligible items can be returned free when the request is submitted within 30 days after delivery. Once an approved refund is issued to the original method, it normally posts within 3-7 business days, subject to the financial institution's timing.

That policy explains return condition, exclusions, prepaid labels, exchanges, and remedies for faulty or incorrect products. No provision in these Terms limits a non-waivable cancellation, conformity, or refund right.

## 8. Promotional Offers

An offer may include separate conditions displayed with it. Unless stated otherwise, a discount code cannot be combined, has no cash value, and must be used before expiration. We may correct an offer issued or applied by mistake but will not unfairly alter it after accepting the connected order.

## 9. Reviews and Other Content

You retain ownership of a review, photograph, feedback, or other submission. You grant ALI SERHAT LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, format, reproduce, publish, display, and use it to operate and promote llevernest. The license ends when content is removed from active systems, subject to lawful backups and previously distributed material that cannot reasonably be withdrawn.

You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that it is lawful, truthful, and does not infringe rights, expose private information, mislead customers, or abuse another person. We may moderate or remove content that fails these standards.

## 10. Intellectual Property

Original Store text, layout, branding, graphics, photographs, and software are owned by or licensed to ALI SERHAT LLC and protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, revocable, and non-transferable right to access them for shopping. No ownership interest transfers.

Third-party product names, marks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly disclosed.

## 11. Shopify, Providers, and Links

Shopify provides our commerce platform. Other organizations may support payments, applications, analytics, fulfillment, and delivery. Direct use of their services can be governed by their terms and privacy notices. We do not control independent websites reached through external links, although this does not exclude responsibility assigned to us for a provider acting on our behalf.

## 12. Errors and Corrections

The Store may occasionally display a typographical mistake, omission, incorrect price, inaccurate description, or outdated availability. We may correct and update information. If a material error affects a submitted order, we will notify the customer and allow acceptance of the corrected terms or cancellation for a full refund. An insignificant mistake will not be used to avoid an otherwise valid accepted order.

## 13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated here. It describes collection, use, disclosure, retention, cookies, choices, and procedures for privacy-rights requests.

## 14. Service and Product Warranties

To the extent allowed by law, access to the website is offered on an "as available" basis without promising uninterrupted or error-free operation. Products remain subject to their stated descriptions, express warranties, and every implied warranty or consumer guarantee required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms waives a statutory protection or remedy that cannot be waived. A limitation applies only where enforceable.

## 15. Liability

To the maximum lawful extent, neither party is responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. For a product-related contractual claim, our aggregate liability will otherwise not exceed the amount paid for that product unless a greater remedy is required by law.

We do not limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, violation of mandatory consumer rights, or another liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

## 16. Loss Caused by Improper Use

Where permitted, a user must reimburse reasonable direct loss resulting from unlawful use, a material breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights. This section does not cover loss caused by us or reduce consumer protections.

## 17. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary because of a serious breach, fraud, security concern, or legal requirement. Provisions intended to continue, including payment, intellectual property, liability, and dispute terms, remain effective.

## 18. Governing Law and Resolution

Wyoming law and applicable U.S. federal law govern these Terms, disregarding conflict-of-law principles. This selection does not remove mandatory rights under the law of a consumer's usual residence.

Before formal proceedings, email sevornha365@outlook.com with the order number and an explanation of the issue. We will attempt an informal good-faith resolution. Nothing prevents either party from using a court, regulator, or consumer process available by law.

## 19. General Terms

These Terms and incorporated policies form the agreement concerning the Services and purchases. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as necessary, leaving the remainder effective. Delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without our consent. We may assign it during a legitimate financing, restructuring, or business sale if customer rights are maintained.

## 20. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms for operational, service, or legal changes. Revisions apply prospectively after posting unless applicable law requires otherwise. The version in force when an order is accepted continues to govern that order.
